Token Usage
Token Usage and Ecosystem Integration
The $SPCH token is at the core of our platform, driving payments, staking, and rewards to ensure the network runs efficiently and sustainably.
1. Payments by Clients
To use the Text-to-Speech (TTS) services, clients must pay in $SPCH tokens. This creates a seamless flow within the platform, promoting token circulation and utility. By using $SPCH, clients benefit from transparent, traceable transactions and competitive pricing, as nodes strive to balance cost and quality to secure tasks.
2. Staking and Proof of Stake
The Proof of Stake (PoS) mechanism ensures network security and quality. Nodes providing training, processing, or validation must stake $SPCH as collateral. If they fail to perform correctly, part of their stake may be slashed, disincentivizing poor performance and ensuring accountability. This approach aligns the interests of nodes with the health of the network.
3. Rewards for Computational Power
Nodes contribute their computational resources and are rewarded in $SPCH for completing tasks. This incentive ensures a steady supply of power, essential for the scalability and efficiency of the platform. High-performing nodes with competitive cost-quality ratios are rewarded, fostering a healthy, competitive environment.
4. Long-term Ecosystem Sustainability
$SPCH drives a closed-loop system: clients pay for services, nodes stake and earn rewards, and token burns reduce supply, promoting long-term value creation. This model encourages participation and ensures the network's sustainability and growth.
